DO YOU NEED A TOXICOLOGY REPORT?

RED LBP TOXICOLOGY BUILDING Inspections

You can have confidence with a toxicology report from Red LBP. Our qualified, licensed inspectors use professional field composite sampling and independent laboratory analysis to identify whether methamphetamine residue is present within the sampled areas, giving you clear information to help make informed property decisions.

KNOW WHAT YOU’RE DEALING WITH, BEFORE IT BECOMES A COSTLY PROBLEM

A TOXICOLOGY REPORT PROTECTS YOUR PROPERTY AND PEACE OF MIND

Whether you’re buying, renting, or managing a property, methamphetamine residue can be an important consideration and may result in the need for further investigation or remediation. A Red LBP toxicology report provides independent laboratory results to identify whether methamphetamine residue has been detected within the sampled areas, helping you make informed decisions before issues escalate.

Our trained inspectors use professional surface swab sampling, with five samples combined into a single field composite sample for analysis by an independent accredited laboratory. A screening assessment is a cost-effective way to identify whether methamphetamine residue is present and whether further investigation may be needed.

You’ll receive a detailed report explaining the findings, laboratory results and recommended next steps where further investigation is appropriate.

Scope and Limitations

Red LBP’s toxicology service is a field composite screening service designed to identify whether methamphetamine residue is detected within the representative areas sampled.

Five individual surface samples are combined into one field composite sample for laboratory analysis. As the samples are analysed together, the laboratory result represents the combined sample and does not provide an individual result for each sampled location.

The service is intended as a screening assessment and is not designed for insurance, tenancy compliance, evidential or contamination-clearance purposes. Where testing is required for one of these purposes, or where further investigation is recommended following a detected result, an appropriately qualified specialist testing provider should be engaged.

Interpretation of Results

Laboratory results are interpreted in accordance with the field composite sampling method used.

Where methamphetamine is not detected, this means methamphetamine residue was not detected within the field composite sample above the laboratory reporting limit.

Where methamphetamine is detected, this confirms methamphetamine residue was present within the combined areas sampled. Because the five surface samples are analysed together, the result cannot determine which individual location contributed to the result or the concentration present at any individual sampled location.

Where the result meets Red LBP’s threshold for further investigation, the report will recommend assessment by an appropriately qualified specialist testing provider.
